Tobacco 21

Tobacco21, a series of bills that would make it illegal for anyone under 21 to buy tobacco products in the city of St. Louis, cleared its first hurdle Thursday by being unanimously passed by the city’s Health and Human Services committee. The bill applies to traditional products as well as less traditional products like electronic cigarettes. So, do you agree?
