Sherry Farmer

Sherry Farmer was born and raised in St. Louis County and graduated from Mehlville Senior High School. Now that we have that big local question out of the way…..Farmer recently graduated with a Masters of Communication from Lindenwood University. Farmer also has a BA from The University of Missouri-Columbia, a “Ducktorate” degree from the Walt Disney World College Program and she completed marketing and broadcast studies at Broadcast Center in St. Louis.

Farmer has 2 Yorkshire Terriers named Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent (she has a thing for superheroes). She has a brother and two nieces that she enjoys visiting every chance she gets. They only live 5 minutes away. She has recently fallen in love with her best friend. She is a vegetarian, movie, theater, music, spa, shopping lover. She volunteers with various non-profits including the American Cancer Society, Asthma and Allergy Foundation and St. Louis Crisis Nursery. She currently sits on the Stray Rescue of St. Louis advisory board. She has also become a mentor to the Lindenwood Women’s Basketball Team. Last year, Sherry proudly became the first female emcee for the annual “Budweiser’s Guns ‘N Hoses.”  This annual event raises funds for Responder Rescue and The Backstoppers.
